Terms
These terms apply when a company ("you") uses Chaseless, a service of Techneeds LLC, United Arab Emirates ("Techneeds", "we").
The service
Chaseless turns WhatsApp messages from your managers into tasks in your Odoo Project or Zoho Projects account, notifies the people assigned, and sends a daily digest. Features shown as "on order" are set up for you after you sign.
Fees and billing
- Prices are in AED and exclude 5% VAT. The current prices are on chaseless.ai.
- The setup fee is paid once, before setup starts. It is not refundable once setup is done.
- The monthly fee is billed in advance each month. Pay annually: pay 10 months, get 12.
- There is no free trial.
Cancelling
Either side can end the service with 30 days' written notice. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year. When service ends, your tasks stay in your Odoo or Zoho. We switch off the WhatsApp side and delete your configuration and access tokens.
Your responsibilities
- Your staff agree to receive work messages on WhatsApp from the Chaseless number.
- You keep your Odoo or Zoho account active and paid.
- You do not use Chaseless to send marketing or unlawful content, and you follow WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.
Data
We process WhatsApp message content, including voice notes, to create tasks, and keep message logs for 7 days for support. Access to your Odoo or Zoho account is held as an encrypted refresh token or API key. We act as your processor for this data. Details are in our privacy notice.
Support and availability
We aim to keep Chaseless running at all times but depend on WhatsApp, Odoo and Zoho, which we do not control. Enterprise plans include a 4-hour response time for support requests.
Liability
Chaseless is a reminder and tracking tool. You remain responsible for the work itself. Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
