Privacy

Chaseless is a product of Techneeds LLC, United Arab Emirates ("Techneeds", "we"). This page explains what we hold, why, and for how long. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we hold for a client company

• Configuration. Your company name, the WhatsApp numbers of your managers and staff, their names, and your settings such as digest time.
• Odoo or Zoho access. We hold an OAuth refresh token or an API key so Chaseless can create and read tasks. It is stored encrypted. We never ask for or keep your password.
• Message logs. The content of WhatsApp messages sent to and from the Chaseless number, including voice notes and their transcripts. We keep these for 7 days for support, then delete them.

Your tasks are stored in your own Odoo or Zoho Projects account, not by us. Your contract with Odoo or Zoho governs that data.

How we process messages

To turn a message into a task we send its text, or the voice note, to service providers who process it for us and do not keep it for their own use:

• Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform) to send and receive messages.
• OpenAI to turn voice notes into text.
• Anthropic to read the message and pick out the person, task, date and priority.
• Odoo or Zoho, whichever you use, to store the task.
• Our hosting providers, to run the service.

Some of these providers process data outside the UAE. We use them under their business terms, which limit use to providing the service to us.

This website

If you fill in the form on chaseless.ai we receive your name, company and WhatsApp number, and use them only to contact you about Chaseless. We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you become a client. The site uses privacy-friendly visit statistics that set no cookies. If we run advertising on Meta, the Meta Pixel may set cookies to measure which ads bring enquiries.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email hello@chaseless.ai. When a client cancels, we delete its configuration and access tokens within 30 days of the end of service.
